Manufacturing Process Of Fried Instant Noodles

Production process of Fried Instant Noodles Processing Line:

First pour the flour raw material adding water and additives into the mixer, blending for a long time. Then The mixed flour after ripening are put into the hopper of molding machine for production. By repeated squeeze dough material cutting into corrugated noodles. After the steam machine, cut and pack into trays for frying. After frying, the instant noodles can be packaged after anonther two working procedure oil removal and cooling.

Structure of Equipment: Speed adjustment timing dough mixer, curing machine,compound &continuous rolling machine, molding machine, steaming machine, folding box packing machine, frying machine, cooling conveyor, etc..

A convertible frying machine for drying box equipment realize the production of non-fried instant noodles.
