What Is Sugar Packaging Process?

The sugar always packed into the small sachet then sell on market. But what is the sugar packaging process?
 
The packaging film is formed into a cylindrical shape through a film cylinder, and the side surface is sealed by a longitudinal sealing device, and the sugar is injected into the bag, and the transverse sealing mechanism cuts the package length and position according to the color mark photoelectric detecting device.
 
The detailed sugar packaging process is to roll the film of the roll placed on the supporting device around the guide roller set/tensioning device, and the position of the trademark pattern on the packaging material is detected by the photoelectric detecting control device, and then rolled into a film circle through the former. The tube is wrapped around the surface of the filling tube. Firstly, the film is longitudinally heat-sealed by a longitudinal heat sealer to obtain a sealed tube, and then the tubular film is moved to the transverse heat sealer for transverse sealing to form a packaging bag. The metering device fills the metered sugar into the packaging bag through the upper filling tube, and then heat seals and cuts it by the transverse heat sealer to form the packaging unit body, that is, the packaging process is completed.

 

The sugar packaging machine is widely used in daily life and is suitable for the packaging of different kinds of granular articles. Moreover, the supply cylinder of the packaged material is disposed inside the bag maker, and the bag making and filling materials are carried out in the vertical direction from top to bottom.
